WELCOME TO AVALON Weekend

Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th October 2021

Welcome to Avalon

This weekend is an introduction to the Wheel of Avalon and Bridannia and to the energies and landscape of Avalon. We will take an exploratory journey around the wheel – meeting with the faces of Goddess, her attributes, stories, and seasonal tides. We will visit Glastonbury Goddess Temple and experience the energies of the Lady of Avalon at home in her temple, where you can light a candle from the flame of Avalon to take home with you. Walking in the sacred landscape of Glastonbury Avalon we will visit the sacred springs and wells, the Tor, and other special places of significance on the body of the Lady as she lies in the landscape. This weekend can be taken as a stand-alone immersion in Avalon and is also an excellent precursor to prepare you for both the Priestess of Avalon training and the NEW Priestess Shamanka training, both of which are taught by Priestess of Avalon, Luna Silver.

There is an entrance fee to enter the Chalice Well and Glastonbury Abbey grounds. If you have season tickets, please bring them with you. Season tickets offer unlimited access for a year, support the maintenance of the sacred spaces in Glastonbury and are reasonably priced. These can be obtained online. You will need a notebook and pen and comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and something to sit on the ground. We will be sharing a lot of time outside. You may like to bring a hot drink flask with you that can be refilled in our kitchen. I look forward to welcoming you to Avalon.
